Team Parents

Varsity

• Organize Team dinners for Home games
• Organize snacks for away games
• Organize team lunches or pot lucks for tournaments
• If team travels for an overnight tournament, organize meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner) and snacks for players
• Ask for volunteers for Team Parties, swim parties, bar-b-ques, bonding activities
• Work directly with Coaches for any activities they need help with
• Organize game day signs for players for inside the gym
• Organize end-of-year coach gifts for presentation at banquet
• Work with Snack Bar Coordinator to help fill spots with Varsity parent volunteers
• Coordinate with team photographer for pictures of the team to pass on to Banquet Chair, Media Guide Chair, Senior Night Program Chair and Website Designer
• Help Invitations Chair distribute invitations to all parents, making sure each household receives one
• Arrange for collection of money from each Senior family to pay for personalized blankets to give to their daughters on Senior night.

JV
