Team Parents
Varsity
- Organize Team dinners for Home games
- Organize snacks for away games
- Organize team lunches or pot lucks for tournaments
- If team travels for an overnight tournament,
organize meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner) and snacks for players
- Ask for volunteers for Team Parties, swim
parties, bar-b-ques, bonding activities
- Work directly with Coaches for any activities
they need help with
- Coordinate with team captain to present end-of-year coach gifts at banquet
- Organize game day signs for players for inside
the gym
- Work with Snack Bar Coordinator to help fill
spots with Varsity parent volunteers
- Help Invitations Chair distribute invitations
to all parents, making sure each household receives one (be sensitive to divorced family
situations)
JV
- Organize snacks for away games (Each family
is asked to take a game and arrange for healthy snacks)
- Organize team lunches, snacks or pot lucks
for tournaments
