Snack Stand Coordinator

- 2-3 Assistants to help
with set up and take down
- Circulate sign up sheet
at Meet the Player Night for snack bar shifts for all home games
- Coordinate with Team Parents
to get all shifts filled and to remind parents of snack bar shifts the night before
- Provide snack bar schedule
and shift assignments to website coordinator for posting on website
- Ask each parent to bring
one case of water, one case of Gatorade to first home game
- Coordinate with team moms
and assign each team to bring baked goods to home games. E.G. If there are 9 home games, each team can take 3 home games apiece.
- Purchase and maintain
inventory of snacks, sodas and water for snack stand
- Arrange
for set up, take down, and storage of inventory
