Welcome to Esperanza Girl’s Volleyball!
Summer is fast approaching,
and we have actively begun work on the 2009 Edition of our Team Yearbook/Media Guide. This is the only fundraiser organized
by the Women’s Volleyball Boosters and in past years has been a HUGE success!
With the generous support of sponsors and families, it has offered valuable financial support to the program.
The minimum ad requirement for each
athlete will be the same as last year - $200. All ads are due by Tuesday, September
15, 2009. However, your minimum requirement will be collected at the parent
meeting on Tuesday, August 27th. Once your ads have been submitted,
we will reimburse any ad donations collected by you from businesses, friends, family members, etc. All checks should be payable to EHS Girls’ Volleyball Program.
Be sure to give each prospective advertiser/sponsor a "package"
that includes a 1) Prospective Sponsor Letter, 2) a rate sheet which gives the ad sizes and prices, 3) an Aztec Sponsor Form.
There are several ways to submit your ads as referenced on the Aztec Sponsor Form.
Remember, $200 is the minimum requirement, but we encourage everyone to think BIGGER and go
beyond the minimum! So get in the mood and start lining up your ads now!
